A: The expo will be held November 5, 2008, at the UF/IFAS Gulf Coast Research & Education Center in Balm, FL.

A: The organizers of the seminar are the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association, the Florida Tomato Committee, the Florida Strawberry Growers Association and Florida Grower magazine www.floridagrower.net is part of the Florida Grower Media Group of Meister Media Worldwide www.meistermedia.com. Meister Media Worldwide is a Willoughby, Ohio based business-to-business producer of magazines, conferences, web sites and directories. The company was founded in 1932 and is celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2007.

A: The expo will start at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, with registration, and concludes at 4:00 p.m.

Q: Who are the presenters at the Florida Ag Expo?
A: The presenters at the Florida Ag Expo are leading experts in the Florida agriculture field. The sessions will feature discussions on disease and insect management, weed control, food safety, irrigation, fertilization and current industry trends and issues. The presenters have had hands-on responsibility for one or more of these disciplines and all are qualified for the assigned subject by training, experience and formal education.

Q: What are the registration fees for the Florida Ag Expo?
A: Registration for the Florida Ag Expo is complimentary for qualified growers.

Q: How do I register for the Florida Ag Expo?

Q: How will I know that my registration has been received?
A: Once your registration has been approved and processed into our system, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letter and receipt. Bring this confirmation letter with you to the expo.

Q: Do you accept on-site registrations?
A: Yes. Onsite registrations are accepted for this event.

Q: When do I receive my badge?
A: Badges will be available for pick up at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at UF/IFAS Gulf Coast Research & Education Center.
